Yes, if we have free time on the selected date. Urgent orders are accepted only after all details have been clarified.
An urgent order costs 500–2000 RUB more. 100% prepayment is required. The prepayment is non-refundable.
Please contact us as early as possible: the more time we have to prepare, the better the result. The minimum order fulfilment time is 45 minutes.

We look after your order from acceptance to receipt, stay in touch the whole time and help resolve any questions that arise.
We do not respond at weekends, except when your order is being delivered.

You can message us on social media, call us or send a request via whichever messenger suits you. The main questions are: what date the cake is for, who it is for, the occasion and the number of guests. You can also choose a filling on the website in advance.
If you have allergies or individual dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance. Once the cake concept has been agreed, a prepayment is made.
Please note: the prepayment is non-refundable if the order is cancelled less than 3 days before pickup.

The finished cake should be stored only in the refrigerator at +2…+4 °C. Shelf life is up to 3 days.
Do not give the cake to children if it has been stored for more than 2 days.

Mention this when placing your order. Let us know whether we should call the recipient in advance or whether you will tell them yourself. We will carefully deliver the gift on your behalf.

Yes! We have cakes from 550 g to 1 kg. Please note: cakes of this size allow only limited scope for complex décor.

The main payment methods are cash or bank transfer (Cupcake wallet).
Instalment plans are available from T-Bank (Tinkoff), Yandex and Alfa Podeli.
Payment by card terminal is possible, but the full price applies, without the 5% discount. Our MCC code ____ for cashback at banks.

The price of our cakes is made up of four key components:
Ingredient quality. We use only natural, high-quality imported products: Belgian chocolate, French purées and cocoa, New Zealand butter, fresh sour cream, natural cream, GOST-standard condensed milk and juicy berries from Serbia and Egypt. We are convinced that saving on ingredients is incompatible with true quality. Handmade work. Every cake is the result of original handcraft.
Decorations are never repeated exactly. Even when we recreate an earlier cake, it will still turn out slightly different. Every element is worked out individually. Individuality and presentation.
We do not do mass production. Every cake comes in premium packaging and is designed around the occasion, the tastes and the wishes of the client. Décor matters no less than taste.
Responsibility for the result. We accompany your order from mixing the batter to handing it over. If a cake is fragile or has a long journey ahead, we choose individual packaging and preparation techniques. All these nuances are already included in the price.
Important: a good product cannot be cheap. Behind every order are our work, our experience and our desire to make your celebration special.
