Delivery and payment with no surprises
First we confirm the date, route and handover format, then we agree on a convenient payment method.
Pastry Ordering, Payment and Delivery Terms
Due to a force majeure fuel situation in the region, delivery prices may change. The final amount is fixed closer to the time the order is dispatched and is agreed with the customer in advance. We kindly ask for your understanding.
We have launched pastry delivery to your door so that you can order your favourite desserts as conveniently as through familiar delivery services. Orders can be placed only through the website.
The minimum order amount for delivery is 1500 RUB.
Please note: delivery is arranged only if the order contains items exclusively from the following sections:
- Macarons
- Pastries
- NY Crumbl Cookies
- Bento cakes

Placing an order
You place your order on the website, after which we contact you, clarify the details, confirm the availability of the items and agree the order with you. Payment is then made by bank transfer. A special price applies when paying via the Cupcake wallet (SBP transfer).
After payment, please send the receipt to the chat. The order is handed over for delivery only after 100% prepayment of the cost of the products and delivery. As soon as the order has been dispatched, we will send you the courier's details.
Availability and substitutions
Some items may be temporarily unavailable. In that case we will offer a substitute. If, after the contents of the order are changed, its total is less than 1500 RUB, the delivery order will unfortunately be cancelled.
If the order is a surprise
If the order is being delivered as a gift, be sure to tell the recipient the delivery date and approximate time in advance.
If you would like to keep it a surprise, please arrange this with us in advance — in that case we can give the recipient a call beforehand.
Instalments
For orders from 4000 RUB you can arrange an instalment plan through partner banks and services: T-Bank, MTS Bank, OTP Bank, Sovcombank, Dolyami, Yandex Bank and Alfa Podeli.
Payment
Once the order has been agreed, 100% prepayment is required. Payment is made by transfer using a phone number or by bank card via a link.

⚠️ If the prepayment has not been made or the receipt has not been sent to the chat where the order was discussed, the order is considered not placed and will not be processed.
Before payment we can send you a photo of your order if you requested this in advance when placing the order or in the chat.
A refund is possible only until the order has been handed over to the courier.
The delivery price is calculated according to 3 rate tiers depending on the order amount: from 1500 RUB, from 3500 RUB and from 7000 RUB. This makes it possible to choose the most convenient and transparent delivery option for each order.
Delivery time
Delivery at an exact time is not available. When placing an order on the website, you choose a convenient delivery window.
Please bear in mind that the time windows on the website are designed primarily for cake deliveries, while pastries are delivered within 1 hour. For example, if you have chosen the window from 09:00 to 09:30, at peak times delivery may be made by 10:00.
On public holidays and the days before them, as well as for early and late deliveries, an extended waiting window of up to 2 hours applies.
If the order includes a bento cake, the delivery time may be longer. Only bento cakes with simple decoration, without figurines or complex decor, are accepted for such orders.
Handover of the order
Delivery is made only to the building entrance. The recipient needs to come down and collect the order from the courier. This format allows us to keep the delivery price to a minimum.
You can also book a courier yourself via Yandex Courier or Maxim, including if you are in another city. In this case, please send us a screenshot of the courier booking and include the website order number in the comment.
If the order was not received
If we are unable to reach you 30 minutes before delivery, the delivery is rescheduled to a later time. Depending on our workload, an additional payment may be required.
If the order was not accepted when the courier arrived and the courier had to take it back, we may cancel the order or send it again. In that case, the return or repeat delivery is charged at Yandex Courier rates. This amount may be deducted from the refund or paid separately.
Early / late delivery and pick-up

Price — 2000 RUB. Payment is made upfront together with the order prepayment. If the time is changed less than 14 hours before delivery, the payment is non-refundable.
In adverse weather conditions, including strong wind, heavy rain and snowstorms, delays are possible. During such periods the number of couriers may be limited and traffic in the city may be difficult. Once logistics are restored, the delivery will be made, although in some cases an additional payment may be required. Claims regarding such situations are not accepted.

Third-party delivery services
If the order is sent via a third-party delivery service, such as Yandex Courier, tracking is the customer's own responsibility.
We are always ready to help and advise depending on the situation, but we are not responsible for the timing, terms or quality of work of third-party delivery services.
