Placing an Order and Cake Order Terms

One order can only be placed for one collection date and time. If you want to order for different dates or times, these will be treated as separate orders

We have fixed signature recipes. We do not change the composition or coating at individual request — this is a matter of taste, safety and consistent quality. UNIFORM RECIPES — WHY WE DON'T CHANGE THE COMPOSITION ✨ We make all our pastry products according to our own tried-and-tested recipes — the same terms apply to all our guests.

Why we don't customise recipes:

• Consistent taste and texture. Every layer is calculated according to the technique: changes upset the balance.

• Safety and standards. We are responsible for allergens and compliance with SanPiN/HACCP; an ingredient cannot be "replaced/removed" without rebuilding our processes.

• Transparency and honesty. An open kitchen and fixed recipes = you always get exactly the taste the chef intended.

• Cost and lead times. Individual changes affect the technique, costings and logistics — that is not how a café-pâtisserie works.

What you can customise without changing the recipe:

• choose a filling from the current menu;

• an inscription on a chocolate plaque/greeting card;

• festive packaging and a set of candles/a topper (subject to availability).

Rescheduling⚠️

If you change the collection date of your order less than 48 hours in advance, we cannot guarantee that the product will retain its quality by the new date. The shelf life of all our pastry products is 3 days and is calculated from the originally agreed collection/delivery date. When an order is rescheduled, we do not make the product again, so please plan any date change in advance and bear the shelf life in mind.

Communication ⚠️
If you ask us to change the composition or coating, we will politely remind you of our rules. Numerous repeated "why not?" requests will be left unanswered. In the event of persistent attempts to get around the rules, we reserve the right to decline further cooperation.

Thank you for your understanding and trust in our work. We care about your experience — and about our quality standard.

Creating a pastry product for your event is not only a creative process but also a great responsibility. If you choose bright decoration (for example black, red, purple or other saturated colours), please note that we use only safe food colourings. However, such colours may temporarily stain the mouth when eaten. If you want to avoid this effect, please let us know in advance. We will offer you alternatives:

• a velour coating in a bright colour;
• classic white decoration.

Without prior notice, claims regarding staining are not accepted.

If the Cake Is a Surprise

If the cake is being delivered as a gift, be sure to:

• Notify the recipient of the delivery date and time
• Or discuss it with us in advance so that we can call the recipient to let them know

Order Lead Times and Terms

• The earlier you place your order and make the prepayment, the more likely it is that your preferred date will be available.
• The Qort bento cake can be ordered 45 minutes before delivery or pickup.
• Changes to an order (except for gingerbread, figurines, acrylic toppers and custom decoration) are accepted no later than 3 days before collection.

Cakes Based on a Reference:

We make cakes inspired by a reference, not exact copies. Slight differences in shades and details are possible due to handwork and screen settings. Every cake is an individual order; refunds are not provided for products of proper quality. This complies with Clause 4 of Article 26.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Consumer Rights Protection" (for distance orders, goods with individually defined properties are not subject to return) and with the position that food products of proper quality are not subject to exchange or return. However, if the product materially fails to match the agreed brief (for example, a different character/colour, an error in the inscription, a different tier or size from the one agreed), we will correct it, replace it or refund your money in accordance with the law.

For pickup:
You can collect the cake from our pastry shop yourself. If you cannot come in or would like the cake brought out to your car, this service is charged separately: 150 ₽.
