Macarons
Macarons at Cupcake Queen are a jeweller's work in flavour and texture, made according to the canons of French pastry art. We make them with 100% finely ground almond flour and high-quality Belgian chocolate. If you are looking for macarons in Kaliningrad, at our pastry shop you will find the dessert with that perfectly chewy centre and thin crisp shell. On principle, we use no artificial flavourings, replacing them with natural berry and fruit purées and nut pastes made in-house.

How often is the range updated? Is there a risk of buying a "stale" product?
All our products, both made to order and in stock, have a shelf life of 3 days.
We never prepare custom orders in advance, so you receive the freshest possible product, made within 12–24 hours. We refresh the display every day: we put out a small selection and never carry leftovers over to the next day.

Why so expensive? Product quality and ingredients
The price of our cakes is made up of four key components:
Ingredient quality. We use only natural, high-quality imported products: Belgian chocolate, French purées and cocoa, New Zealand butter, fresh sour cream, natural cream, GOST-standard condensed milk and juicy berries from Serbia and Egypt. We are convinced that saving on ingredients is incompatible with true quality.
Handmade work. Every cake is the result of original handcraft.
Decorations are never repeated exactly. Even when we recreate an earlier cake, it will still turn out slightly different. Every element is worked out individually.
Individuality and presentation.
We do not do mass production. Every cake comes in premium packaging and is designed around the occasion, the tastes and the wishes of the client. Décor matters no less than taste.
Responsibility for the result. We accompany your order from mixing the batter to handing it over. If a cake is fragile or has a long journey ahead, we choose individual packaging and preparation techniques. All these nuances are already included in the price.
Important: a good product cannot be cheap. Behind every order are our work, our experience and our desire to make your celebration special.

For every season and major holiday we prepare a special offer that is available for that one season or holiday only. It is an exclusive that will never be repeated, and we make it in limited quantities
How can I send a gift to someone if I am in another city?
Mention this when placing your order. Let us know whether we should call the recipient in advance or whether you will tell them yourself. We will carefully deliver the gift on your behalf.
