Returns and Exchanges

Under the Law of the Russian Federation "On Consumer Rights Protection", the buyer has the right to return goods of inadequate quality within the product's shelf life. The return of food products of adequate quality is not provided for by law.

What is considered goods of inadequate quality:

• The shelf life has expired by the time of receipt

• Damage or a defect that occurred during delivery and affected the appearance

Taste preferences are not grounds for a return.

Return procedure:

1. Contact us by any convenient means immediately after discovering the defects

2. State the reason for your request

3. Submit a written refund request

Return conditions:

• A cake may be returned if less than 25% of it has been eaten

• Returns are accepted at: 9 Aprelya St. 42, Kaliningrad, or directly to the courier upon delivery

Funds are refunded to the account specified in the request within 10 calendar days from the date the request is submitted
