Delivery and payment with no surprises
First we confirm the date, route and handover format, then we agree on a convenient payment method.
Delivery and Payment
Instalments
For orders from 4000 RUB you can arrange an instalment plan through us with the following banks: T-Bank (Tinkoff, MTS, OTP, Sovcombank), Dolyami, Yandex Bank and Alfa Podeli.
Custom cakes
Once the order concept has been approved, a prepayment is made:
- 100% if the cake costs up to 6000 RUB
- 50%–100% if the cake costs more than 6000 RUB
Payment is made by transfer to a card of one of the following banks: Sberbank, Alfa-Bank, Tinkoff, VTB, Raiffeisenbank.
The remaining amount must be paid before the order is received.
⚠️ If the prepayment has not been made or the receipt has not been sent to the chat where the order was discussed, the order is considered not placed and will not be processed.
Wedding cakes:
- For a price from 10 000 RUB — 80% prepayment when placing the order, the remaining 20% one day before delivery
- For a price up to 10 000 RUB — 100% prepayment
If the balance is not paid on time, delivery is made:
- either by the customer themselves
- or by us — for an additional fee from 1000 RUB
Good to know
- When ordering delivery, only cashless payment is possible — by transfer to a card.
- Before payment we will send you a photo of your cake.
- If we are unable to reach you by phone 30 minutes before delivery, it is rescheduled to a later time.
- An additional payment may be required depending on our workload.
You can also:
- order delivery yourself via Yandex Go
- if you are in another city — book delivery in the app, entering our address as the pick-up point and the recipient's address
Third-party delivery services
- All orders sent via third-party services (for example, Yandex Courier) are tracked by the customer
- We are always ready to help and advise depending on the situation, but we are not responsible for the work of third-party services
Prepayment refund
Possible no later than 3 days before the delivery date
IMPORTANT!
Due to a force majeure fuel situation in the region, delivery prices may change. The final amount is fixed closer to the time the order is dispatched and is agreed with the customer in advance. We kindly ask for your understanding.
If you plan to transport the cake for longer than 40 minutes or to take it somewhere else after our delivery (especially in warm weather), be sure to let us know when placing your order. This will allow the pastry chef to prepare the cake properly for transport and preserve its appearance and taste.
Transport and storage
Cake in transit:
- In an air-conditioned car without freezing — up to 2 hours
- If frozen beforehand — up to 4 hours (the exact time depends on the filling)
Important:
If the cake is left in a car, on a balcony, in an entrance vestibule or any other cool but non-refrigerated place, especially in hot weather, we are not responsible for its appearance or taste.
Transport recommendations:
- Keep the box strictly horizontal
- Place the cake:
- on a flat surface inside the car
- on the floor under the air conditioning
- in the boot (if the air temperature does not exceed +20 °C)
Delivery terms
Free delivery
Applies within the Green Zone of Kaliningrad for orders from 5000 RUB and is made to the building entrance door.
Booking deadline:
Delivery must be booked at least one day before the order is received. Later than that — only by the customer's own arrangements.
Working hours:
- Pick-up — Tuesday from 10:00 to 17:05, Wednesday–Thursday from 11:00 to 19:05, Friday–Saturday from 10:00 to 19:05
- Delivery within Kaliningrad — from 10:00 to 17:00
Special conditions
We do not deliver to the "Usadba" restaurant. The following options are available:
- Pick-up
- Dispatch via Yandex Courier, with meeting the courier being your responsibility. (We are not responsible for the work of third-party services.)
A surcharge of 350 RUB applies:
- On weekdays — from 08:00 to 11:30 and from 16:30 to 21:00
- On public holidays and the days before them — all day
- Morning time slots are not guaranteed due to the limited number of couriers.
Early/late delivery or pick-up:
- Time: from 06:00 to 10:00 and from 17:30 to 23:00
- Cost: 2500 RUB, paid upfront together with the prepayment
- The payment is non-refundable if the time is changed less than 14 hours before delivery.
In adverse weather conditions (strong wind, heavy rain, snowstorm) and for early and late deliveries, delays are possible. Couriers may be unavailable and traffic may be difficult. Once logistics are restored, the delivery will be made, but it may require an additional payment. Claims regarding such situations are not accepted.
Non-standard cakes:
- Wide, rectangular or tall cakes — delivery at an individual rate
- Tiered cakes (3 tiers or more) — surcharge of +300 RUB for each additional tier
Intercity and coastal destinations
- Zelenogradsk — from 1200 RUB at Yandex Courier rates
- Svetlogorsk — from 1800 RUB
- Curonian Spit — individual quote + payment for entry passes
- Other localities — terms discussed individually
